Human Systems · Mental Health at Work · Leadership

When the human is at the centre of everything.

Intervention in human systems, mental health at work and support for leaders and teams. With the clinical substance that corporate programmes rarely have.

Organisations are also human systems

We believe that organisations are living systems. They have dynamics, repeated patterns, unspoken conflicts, invisible loyalties. Most "corporate wellbeing" programmes treat them as if they were machines in need of tuning.

Psingular works differently. We bring to organisational intervention the same clinical rigour, the same analytical depth and the same attentive listening we apply in the consulting room. Because organisational problems are rarely technical — they are human.

Suffering, even when lived, is not for that reason recognised. Christophe Dejours · Psychodynamics of Work

We stand for intervention that is not limited to empty metrics or superficial talk about happiness. We are interested in helping organisations recognise what circulates in their human systems, to think about work beyond performance, and to build more conscious, more sustainable and more human contexts.

What we do with organisations

Four areas that articulate with one another. We work in a modular or integrated way — depending on what each organisation needs, and on the time it has.

01 · Diagnosis

Mental Health in Organisations

Psychological screening, organisational climate assessment, identification of risk factors. A real clinical diagnosis — not a satisfaction survey.

  • Anonymous, voluntary screenings
  • Mapping of stress, burnout and anxiety
  • Analysis of team dynamics
  • Reports with clinical depth

02 · Leadership

Leadership Support

Individual sessions with leaders and managers. A space to think about their role, their decisions, and the human impact of what they steer.

  • Analytical coaching for leaders
  • Support in moments of transition
  • Crisis management and difficult decisions
  • Development of vision and purpose

03 · Teams

Culture and Human Systems

Direct work with teams to understand and transform dynamics — relationships, communication, unspoken conflicts, informal systems of power.

  • Team facilitation and workshops
  • Intervention in critical moments
  • Work with relational systems
  • Organisational culture as living system

04 · Programmes

Programmes for Companies

Structured plans of continued support — individual consultations for employees, training, regular on-site presence.

  • Individual consultations for employees
  • Internal training in mental health
  • Continued in-person presence
  • Tailored design for each organisation
"The neuronal violence of our time does not come from the other. It comes from within."

How we work with organisations

A four-stage process. No pre-made formulas. Each intervention is built with the organisation — because every organisation is singular.

01

Listening

Exploratory conversations with leadership and, when applicable, with employees. We understand the system before proposing anything.

02

Diagnosis

Structured mapping of dynamics, risks and potentials. Clinical feedback with clear, actionable reading.

03

Intervention

Plan built to measure. May involve consultations, workshops, leadership support or regular presence.

04

Continuity

Organisational change happens over time. We accompany processes with the patience and rigour they call for.

We work with organisations that want to go beyond the veneer

  • SMEs and Startups

Growing companies that want to found their culture with substance

For founders and management teams who recognise that culture is not decreed — it is built. And that it is better to think it early than to repair it late.

  • Established Companies

Established organisations going through critical transitions

Mergers, leadership changes, restructurings, crises of trust. Moments when the human system needs clinical reading before any strategic decision.

  • Institutions

    Hospitals, schools and care organisations

Where working with people is the mission — and where the suffering of professionals is often invisible. We support those who care, so they can keep caring well.

  • Leaders

    Leaders in their individual capacity

CEOs, managers and founders who need a space of their own to think — outside hierarchy, outside conflicts of interest, with the absolute confidentiality only a clinical relationship guarantees.

The intellectual foundations of our organisational work

Christophe Dejours

Psychodynamics of Work

The structural analysis of suffering at work — what is lived but not recognised, what is silenced but still manifests.

Byung-Chul Han

Contemporary Philosophy

The critical reading of the performance society, of exhaustion, and of the systemic violence of productivity.

Carl Gustav Jung

Analytical Psychology

The deep understanding of unconscious dynamics — also present in organisational systems and in the lives of those who lead them.

Your organisation is a living system too.

Let us think it together. An initial exploratory conversation has no cost — only the time needed for us to get to know each other.
