Clinical psychology services are provided by psychologists duly registered with the Ordem dos Psicólogos Portugueses (Order of Portuguese Psychologists), in strict compliance with the profession's Code of Ethics (Código Deontológico).
Psychological intervention does not constitute any guarantee of specific results, as these depend on the client's engagement, the regularity of care and the particular conditions of the therapeutic process.

Services may be provided in person at Psingular's premises or online, subject to prior agreement between client and professional. For online sessions, the client is responsible for ensuring adequate conditions of privacy and technical stability.
4.3 — Informed consent
The start of any clinical care is subject to the prior signature of the Informed Consent, a separate document that sets out in detail the conditions under which the clinical service is provided.
Section 5
Bookings, cancellations and rescheduling
5.1 — Booking consultations
A first consultation may be booked through the website form, by email, telephone or WhatsApp. Confirmation of the booking is subject to availability.

Unjustified absence from a session will be considered a missed session and will entail payment of the full amount due. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Section 6
